30 May 2017 17:30-21:00

Machine learning is one of those things a lot people need to get on top of to sustain the strong position we have in tech in Sweden. The area of Artificial Intelligence has been hot from time to time over the last 30 years or so.

Today it's talked about a lot, and different names and concept are used which makes it even more confusing for people not involved. At THINGS we have taken on the task to rapidly get individuals on top of hot and talked about technologies that we think matter. We have now started to plan for a Get On Top Of Machine Learning at THINGS May 30, 17:30-21:00 and would like to put together a team of guides taking the attendees to rapidly understanding what it is, what it can be used for and how to get going.

We always use our AW format for these meaning that we're informal still to the point and efficient, we offer a bite and a drink, we love to have a sponsor for the food, or two, and we invite people who are knowledgeable, have done things and understand that you don't inspire people by selling. We also make standup tables available for companies to gather interested people around for 1000 kr. We can have up to 100 attendees, it’s free and first come first serve, and we welcome people from industry, consultants, developers, students, academia, government and anybody else who are interested and want to get on top of Machine Learning.

I would like to invite you to present how you work with Machine Learning and share your  experience and insights for about 15 minutes. Please let me know as soon as you can if you want to present and who the presenter will be, and if you want a table. Needless to say, if you have a choice between a male and female speaker please bring the women!

Also, please let me know of you have any suggestions for good companies and/or speakers for our event!
